Answered all my questions.

Andrew J Luisi is aloof, cold, plastic and process oriented. He appears to lack “people skills”. He dislikes being questioned and responds in a slightly hostile manner. I am sure he is a good cardiologist, but I’d never recommend him because of his attitude. I did have Nuclear cardiac scan and gave no complaint about the Technologist and other suppprt staff. They performed their tasks with efficiency, skill, and courtesy.

My appointment was brief, did testing for which he never called me about, when I followed up with a phone call the staff was rude and wouldn't let me leave a message for the doctor or make a follow up appointment. Had his receptionist call me back to tell me there was nothing he could do for me. For someone symptomatic and concerned it would be nice for a physician to take the 5 minutes and return a phone call. Would not recommend him to anyone. Buffalo Medical Group has declined so much.
