I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Patel. As soon as she entered the room for my scheduled appointment, her opening remarks were, 'What is it? I really don't have time and I should have canceled your appointment.' This unprofessional behavior set a hostile tone for the entire visit. Her lack of compassion and disrespectful bedside manner made me feel unheard and unwelcome. I will not be contacting the office to discuss this matter further or to return for another visit, as my mind is made up. My hope in leaving this feedback is that the practice uses it as an opportunity to provide training for Dr. Patel on professional conduct and appropriate patient communication. Prospective patients should be aware of this experience.

Unquestionably, Dr. Patel is an excellent neurologist who is not only very knowledgeable but attentive and responsive. I was referred to her following a brain injury which spurred many symptoms. I would not have been able to navigate through this arduous process without her guidance. I am forever grateful.

Dr. Patel does not care about her patients, she is a representation of the stereotypical bad doctor who knows it all, does not listen to her patients and cannot be bothered by their needs.
