Dr. Babak Larian, MD

Rude and negligent. I don’t recommend him. I wouldn’t accept surgery or advice from him even if it was free. He works like an insurance doctor but yet “doesn’t work with insurances” doesn’t make any sense to me. His billing is fraudulent. He claims to having done an ultrasound although there is no proof nor evidence of this. I felt extremely unsatisfied and argued with by this horrible person. He is arrogant and rude.

I flew from Oregon to have my parathyroid surgery with Dr. Larian and I definitely made the right decision! I got to stay awake during my surgery and it went very smoothly. I needed to find a surgeon who really cared and listened to me. He understands the importance of avoiding excessive scar tissue in surrounding organs and I trusted him completely. It took me a long time to find the right healer for my hyperparathyroidism and I can’t believe I finally get to start the healthy next chapter of my life! Thank you Dr. Larian!

I have been a professional musician my entire life . I have been lucky enough to work with some of the best musician in the world. That is my benchmark. I strive for and expect people to be of the very highest caliber at whatever profession they chose. This just seems normal to me. It also informed my process for picking a surgeon. Dr. Babak Larian is quite simply the best in the world at what he does ! Not only is he incredible skilled and has revolutionized the method for Parotid Gland surgery. But he is also a fantastic person and has a heart of gold. Dr. Larian understands the trama associated with having a tumor on the side of your face and he has made it a painless or as close as possible to painless and drama free procedure. One week after my surgery I could do almost anything I wanted and nobody could even tell that I had a procedure . If you need this surgery you could search the world over and you will never find someone better. This is a fact! And, the boy… that has hated doctors since the age of ten has a new hero ! Dr Larian is the biggest Rockstar in the world or at least in my world. Beyond Highly recommended !!!

I am so thankful to have been under Dr. Larian's care to remove a pleomorphic adenoma on my parotid gland. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and was patient in answering all my questions. After a few days after surgery, I was able to get back to normal life again and friends couldn't even tell that I had gotten surgery. He is compassionate, reassuring, and highly skilled in his work. His minimally invasive technique allows for a quick recovery with no complications. He even texted me after the surgery to make sure I was okay. I couldn't be happier with the results and it was the best decision I could have made!

Waited almost an hour after asking for a appointment where i would not have to wait as i had to take time of work for $350 which is the cost im sure you can find a doctor that wont keep you waiting for a hour .

Dr Larian is wonderful, in every way! If you need a really good ENT, even for a difficult problem, he is your man! He is extremely knowledgeable and kind as well. None better!

Incredible bedside manner. Very caring and considerate. Intelligent and humble. Follows through, and thinks about the big picture. A joy to have as a doctor.
