Dr. Bahareh Bonyadi

Dr. Bonyadi is wonderful and she’s caring. The reason for the poor review is her front office staff. There is some kind of breakdown of communication between her and them. You leave a message with them…She never gets it. They never call you back. You tell them you need medication refilled….. they never get the message to her. You have to call over and over again. Her front office staff is horrible! You leave messages they don’t call you back. And quite frankly, they aren’t very friendly at all and quite condescending actually.

I had my first visit with Dr. Banyadi yesterday and could not have been more pleased. She was everything that I would expect a good doctor to be. I am a health provider and am saddened by the way medicine has become so rushed and impersonal. Dr. Banyadi was on time for the appointment and took the time to ask all of the right questions and gave me time to express my concerns. I never felt rushed even though I knew that she was busy. Thank you Dr. Banyadi for your good care. Keep it up!

I was referred to Dr. Bonyadi for a nerve conduction study. I need ulnar and carpal tunnel surgeries and need the tests for confirmation. I left 4 messages over 2 days to get an appointment and received no return call. I called my insurance company to complain this morning - they called her and got voicemail too. I went to her office a couple hours later to make an appointment. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived - 15 minutes later a woman appeared. I asked why after 2 days and 4 calls there was no return call. Her answer was "there is just me and the doctor." Seriously - how long does it take to call and make an appointment 2 minutes perhaps? I was then told the doctor only performed the test I needed on Fridays and there was nothing for almost 2 months. There were 2 patients waiting when I arrived at the office and they both told me they had a hard time receiving a call back too. On top of that, a woman was there with a walker who said she had been waiting 45… minutes in the office. A very kind man offered to let me have his appointment as I was leaving - that showed how utterly ridiculous this office is run - on top of the kindness of strangers - this after himself waiting for call back for an appointment. I called my insurance company and they are putting me in with a different neuro. If you have been referred to this doctor, I suggest immediately requesting a different referral unless you have no problem being in pain and being held up by incompetent and rude medical personnel.

I was sooo happy to be one of her patients she's very helpful and you can have long time talking to her you can feel so comfortable with her advises and she gives you all her time to discuss every point in your results I'm really so happy being referred to Doctor Bahareh and I would recommend her to any person . Very proud of you best wishes thank you very much.

Dr Bonyadi, treated my family for injury and made unnecessary and uncharacteristic comments for a Dr. She made statements and assumptions about character and personality that were completely unprofessional and crossed the line as they didn't meet the lowest possible standard of care. I have reached out via Phone, been to the office, emailed and left multiple messages to obtain medical records so I can move to another DR with absolutely no response. I can never comfortably recommend her to anyone seeking a basic course of treatment. I am filing a complaint with the California state medical board.

She is attentive and caring and gets to the bottom of the problem.

I saw Dr. Bonyadi and she was very pleasant, thorough and very encouraging. Ordered tests to correctly diagnosis what other Dr's have been ignoring.
