Dr Clement was a bit arrogant and lacked personality. I felt like she talked down to me a lot. The way she spoke to me made me feel like she thought I was drug seeking. I have arthritis in my back as well as other areas. She made me feel as it my previous provider did me a great injustice by prescribing me Tramadol. She wasn’t as far as to say “I don’t know who this Dr —- ...”. She suggested yoga. I didn’t even get a chance to address my other issues. Very disappointed after waiting since summer to see this doctor.

Dr Clements is an excellent doctor. She spends time listening to you and believed me when I told her what was going on. She has been the only doctor that I went to who has been able to keep my BP in a normal range. I'm so blessed to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Clements failed to diagnose my condition for over a year. She would not listen to me when I explained my symptoms did not agree with her diagnosis. Also during a visit she said she could not treat me for more than 3 symptoms a visit. I had never heard that before. She also got angry with me when I wanted to see another doctor in the practice. I would not recommend her.

Dr. Clements is very friendly and down to earth and never talks down to her patients. She tries her best to understand things that you may be going through or the reason why you may not be living as healthy as you should, but at the same times provides recommendations and suggestions that help you to think about your overall health and try to do better.

She will give her professional opinion but honor your request. If she hasn't heard of something you asked about she'll research it. She treats patients with kindness and respect and never talks down to you.

Dr. Clements practice lacks professionalism.
