After being told by five different doctors that my ears were fine, I finally found a doctor who actually listened to what I was saying and got me started with a course of immunotherapy treatment. It is our combined hope that once my allergies are under control, my ears will follow suit. I couldn’t be happier!

Dr. England was pleasant, informative, had knowledge of my medical records as a first time patient, and generally put me at ease. His approach was careful and did not cause me any additional trauma. He showed concern for my overall health issues when recommending treatment and outlined a reasonable approach and options. I have seen a long list of doctors and health care professionals in the last several years for a variety of serious issues and would genuinely recommend him to a friend.

It's probably worth it to make the drive up to Bellingham or down to Everett to a different clinic. Cascade Ear Nose and Throat is really expensive and honestly, the care leaves a lot to be desired, especially from Dr. England. He doesn't seem to listen to anything I say. He has a habit of talking over me or changing the subject abruptly. I wouldn't go down to 1 star because he didn't do anything inappropriate but I'm definitely looking for a new doctor.

Endless appointment scheduling without results. Condescending attitude and dismissive of patient concerns. Will not be going back to Dr. England.

Re Parathyroid problems, Dr. England was recommended to me by an RN at a specialty practice in Skagit county. This was serendipitous, upon meeting, he was reassurance and knowledge of his procedure. His staff followed up repeatedly prior to surgery for any inquiries I might have. The day of surgery he not only informed me of the procedural expectations (once again), he radiated expertise with compassion. All went well and on the follow up appointment, once again his clinic from the Receptionist, to his Nursing assistant to the doctor himself, gave me vital information as well as peace of mind. This is where you want a parathyroid issue resolved.
