Dr. Cynthia Wei-Finn Chao, DO

I don’t recommend this office or doctor. I waited over an hour. Doctor was rude and so is the front office staff. Their phone number doesn’t work all the time. Different staff employees give different answers.

Dr Chao is the BEST! This is my second visit and i feel that she really cares about my health. She goes through everything in detail and makes sure she is covering all areas. Defff recommend. Do not pay attention to the other ratings.

hanks to the awful office staff, I've filed a complaint with the medical Board against this facility. 100% would not recommend this place. I should have listened to all the reviews. Whatever positive ones are here were paid for or are friends of the employees. I was not even a patient here yet, just trying to schedule an appointment and the communication was the worst I had ever experienced. So many back and forth calls but all of a sudden the woman I had to speak to (Veronica) was in a meeting for 3 hours at the very end of the day after she told me to call her back and speak with her. She also kept cutting me off and rushing me with my answers when she would ask me to repeat spelling that she didn't get the first time. I tried calling two times before they closed and both times the woman answering the phone gave me attitude and basically told me to be patient. For a bunch of women, they sure know how to make a pregnant woman feel unwelcome, and like a bother. Shame on these… "women" I'm literally changing my insurance to PPO because of this place so I can see a dr who has competent and caring office staff. So tired of worthless rude people in the workplace

Stay away from this doctor if you want a doctor to truly care about you. She treats her staff very poorly. Sadly you can tell by the way the staff treats the patients. "No care in the world " With no guidance from the Dr. in this office. You will witness the doctor speaking portly to her Intern and employees in front of patients. You will also be left in a room for hours because the Dr. Doesn't care..The Dr. will disrespect you if you try to have any opinion on anything. She thinks she's better than you and she doesn't truly care for you.Honestly!! She DOESN'T care what anybody thinks. If you go to her office for service please know you WILL be in evil hands. I do not understand how this doctor is allowed to give horrible service to staff, students, and patients. Big key factor is look at how unorganized everything looks. Staff included. Staff doesn't stay long because Dr. Doesn't appreciate her staff. Oh.. Don't leave messages because they get deleted every morning. Don't try to… call you'll be left on hold for a very long time because her staff has no care in the world because they learn from the best Dr. Cynthia Chao.You'll will hear the most easiest excuse be given because there is no office manager or a care in the world. Promise!!! This location has employees that are not certified.!!!!! They do not know the proper guidelines for patient care or privacy. Stay away!! You will have procedures done with her and a staff member who is not perfectionally certified..... Making them an average Joe who see your personal information and things behind closed doors. These people do not know Hippa regulations as well. They are not certified again I mention..... All this doctor cares about is the next dollar she can make off of somebody. She is very rude and inconsiderate and has a literally no heart. she will play you.. Nothing faces this doctor and it shows in her very sad basic office. I really feel bad for every patient that get seen by her because she doesn't care..... Honestly!!... listen to all Google reviews. You will read all truth that has been going on for the past 8 years and still counting...

If you care whether you are treated as a human being or a sack of potatoes, then this "doctor" is for you. You be ignored. The staff lacks the ability to communicate to you. The doctor will NOT respect your time or the status of your illness. I sat in the examination room 30 minutes butt naked until I realized that is "doctor" ghosted me. After I dressed, I asked what had happened to "doctor." The nurse said, that the "doctor" was on the phone with another doctor!!!. I told the nurse someone should have looped me. Maybe because I am Latina?? IF you want to be DISREPECTED, this is the place to go to.

Dr Chao is an amazing doctor.. It's very hard to find medical professionals that sincerely care about the health and wellbeing of their patients. I wish all doctors were as warm and caring about their patients like Dr Chao...

Do yourself a favor and stay away. She was very rude, not caring and calls you a liar to your face. I told her the pains I was having due to a cyst on my ovary and she repeatedly told me I'm not in pain a cyst doesn't cause that pain. Just stay away she doesn't care at all.

Dr Chao is the most efficient and the most caring doctor I have ever attended. She actually saved my life!

The exam went so quickly, I felt like there was no way I was checked out completely. Staff never ordered my Ultrasound referral, So months went by until I finally called to check status. I was told by the girl who answered the phone that she was off that day and that is why the referral was not ordered. I finally made it to the ultrasound visit then a month goes my with no results. I called today, and they could find no record of my results. The excuse was that the lab never sent the results. I asked why didn't you call to check the status and I got silence. I tried to reach Dr. Chao and of course she is not available. I pray there is nothing wrong because so many months have passed because of her staff's poor work ethic. This was my first and will probably be my last time visiting this Doctor.

Dr. Chao is amazing. She helped me deliver my little boy and saved my life when things went wrong after the delivery. She monitored me closely and followed up with me personally when things were touchy or difficult. I would recommend her to ANYONE!
