You do not want to see this doctor! I waited 2 hrs for him before he came in the room! The office is so cold the nurses had on jackets! When he finally walked in the room, with no smile, no introduction, he said in a gruff voice 'hey, how'er you' and I was curled up in a ball blue with cold! I couldn't even feel my toes and I said laughingly 'I'm freezing' to which he replied: 'well when you are in your house you can set it wherever you want it but this is my house so if you don't like it, you can leave!!!' And I said I believe I will and I got up and walked out!!

I saw him for headaches and vision issues. He diagnosed me with "anxiety". He Rxd a antidepressant and insisted I quit taking anything else (ibuprofen) for the pain. By the next visit I was miserable. Constant pain, vision issues had multiplied. I begged for help. He said I was being impatient and high strung, upped my dose for the antidepressant. Said if I insist he'll order an MRI. He called with my MRI results and said I needed to see a surgeon for followup. I asked if there was something on the MRI causing my symptoms and he said "no it's unrelated". He refused to give me a referral. I scheduled my own surgery, had a brain tumor removed, and my "unrelated" symptoms of "anxiety" went away immediately. I quit the antidepressants and still take ibuprofen occasionally. This guy is too arrogant to be working with patients.

I was kept waiting 2.5 hours from when I signed ,in on time, until I saw the Dr. No apology from staff or even a heads up to say he was running late. Lots of signs to tell patients NOT to knock on the window. Very welcoming! Now I can't get results from them of an MRI, they say he is on vacation and it will be 8 weeks total before my next appt. Inhumane amount of time to wait for important results. Office staff need to learn about the patients time is just as valuable and the Dr. needs to follow up on tests he orders. Very poor communication.

The worst customer service ever. I would call several times to reschedule appointments and never received a call back from scheduling after leaving several messages. I was able to speak to the office manager once, she did not seem to care at all that I was upset. The wait times are also outrageous, sometimes I would wait in the waiting area for 2+ hours and my appointment would only last 10 minutes. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr Zdoncyzk is one of the best neurologists that I have ever seen. He treated me for a very severe head concussion, for over a year. He is EXCELLENT at getting the the TRUE source of the problems that you report to him. He is very well mannered and extremely nice. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing a neurologist.

I think Dr. ZDONCZYK is one of the best doctor I've ever gone to. He is polite ,great bedside manner and listens to what is going on with you. I've been his patient for a very long time and he has helped me a lot. I can't understand the negative comments because he always treated his patients with respect. He tries to help you and YOU have to be honest with him so he can help you.
