No time for triage for patients who have been in the hospital for a lot of pain.

It is very rare to find a doctor that is as connected to his patients as Dr. Dean Stephens. He listens well and spends the time needed to understand patient needs.

Love Dr. Dean Stephens! I had the option, through Tricare, to see doctors closer to where I lived but chose Dr. Stephens based on reviews. I am so happy I did. Amazing doctor who genuinely cares about his patients.

I had a very bad experience at that clinic. Dr. Stephens was ok as a doctor, but he prescribed me a medication and said that he would contact me in a month to run more exams... NEVER happened. PLUS he charged me for a SPINAL INJECTION which NEVER happened either. I was in and out in 15 minutes and no such injection ever occurred. It was just a consult, not even a physical examination yet he charged me for that. And its been four months, Im trying to get this resolved but for some reason they cant or havent removed that charge from my account. Terrible follow up, terrible organization, and just overall not worth the headache Im going through now.
