I have complete confidence in Dr. Backous. He performed a complicated surgery on my ear 11 years ago. From clearly answering my questions then and doing a successful surgery, to being friendly and professional at every checkup along the way, I’ve felt fortunate to have an expert in the field as my doctor.

Dr. Backous has outstanding knowledge and expertise in his field. He provided a precise diagnosis, offered treatment options, and fully explained risks and hoped for outcomes. His staff is friendly and efficient, and the facility is exceptional.

Dr. Backous was prompt and courteous. My appointment was short, but we accomplished what we wanted.

Dr Backous was amazing I’d seen several ent’s since the age of 2 . My problem was caught with first visit and 4 surgeries later I’m healing well and he has a eye for fixing and my hearing even came back about 40% ????

I have a peculiar case, one that was referred on by two other ENT doctors before Dr. Backous said, “Oh yeah, I can help, no problem!” And help he did. Dr. Backous was/is very invested in my case and got me in for emergency surgery and I’m happy to say that I’m healing nicely. Dr.Lee was every part of this process- meeting with me before the surgery and at my 4 month follow up. They are a great doctor team and I’m forever grateful that they both are on my care team

Friendly and knowledgeable people. They were busy and the wait wasn’t too long. Interactions were to the point, but I didn’t feel rushed at all.
