Very satisfied with Dr. TJ's work on my full tear rotator cuff surgery. But after care with the PA and staff was very poor. It is very difficult to contact doctor, PA or even nursing staff via phone. The PA could care less about effective pain management. I even heard the staff joking about another patient's request for help.
