Dr. Petito- is the exemplar of what physicians should aspire to. Approachable, relatable, confident but never arrogant; clear communicator. He has all the old school values along with all the latest in knowledge. Importantly, he is very highly respected throughout the Weill Cornell/NYPres (and elsewhere), and never hesitates to advocate for you when you need to see another Doctor. As a 68 yr old patient, I’ve seen/had lots of medical interactions. I can unequivocally say that I don’t believe they get any better than Dr. P.
