Dr. Brengel is a great listener and always presents me with options when appropriate. He really shows his empathy and he remembers what I've told him about my activities and concerns.

The staff is usually courteous but largely unhelpful. Prescription refills have been neglected by the staff or doctor leaving my father without medication on the weekend. Dr. Brengel is ok but seems like he is ready to retire, disinterested. I would not recommend this office/doctor.

Dr. Brengel seemed hurried and fairly disinterested, possibly because he is not the doctor in the practice who I normally see.

Refill requests have been delayed, forms already filled out lost, the staff seems disorganized- papers and files everywhere-soda cans and trash on desks.
