I scratched my cornea with paper and found the number for the Norwood office through my insurance website. I called at 4:50 on a monday and the office was closed but had an option to press for immediate care. When i selected that option dr. The doctor's office has a major problem is processing the claims. They will send you a huge bill and say that your insurance denied. A woman named Kathy in doctor's Norwood office is very unprofessional and rude. Even though the doctor is covered under my insurance, she wasn't ready to process the claim at correct address.She wanted to talk to my insurance representative which I made her talk by conferencing her in the call with my insurance. My rep confirmed Kathy that the Dr. is in network and Doctor's office needs to submit the claim at correct address. But this woman Kathy blatantly refused to do so.

I came here with a complaint of ocasional problems with central vision (blurring).After Dr Frangieh's tech had seem and tested me, Dr Frangieh rushed in and talked only for a few minutes and barely looked at the eye. He advised me that it was just wear with age, not macular degeneration and gave me a stronger lens prescription. At my optometrist it turned out his prescription was wrong. Two years later when my central vision deteriorated a different ophthalmologist diagnosed eye cancer and referred me to an ocular oncologist. If Dr. Frangieh had bother to do an ultrasound or refer me to a retina specialist, the tumor would have been discovered much earlier with less damage done and more treatable.
