Disappointed more than I can even express! Three family members have seen Dr. Del Savio and were always pleased with her care until recently. My husband had surgery last week. She never spoke with me or my husband after surgery. You call the office and get left on hold forever. It’s ridiculous! So unprofessional ! Never in my life have I seen such incompetence in an office staff. No communication as far as correct pre op instructions. If I wasn’t A nurse my husband would have been up the creek. Terribly disappointed in a doctor that I thought was top notch!

Doctor misdiagnosed me and did not listen to complaint. I am a musician and her misdiagnosis and lack of care caused much further damage. She seemed disinterested and unwilling to help. If I could rate zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your time.

Went to see her in New Windsor judged me on appearance because I had work boots on .because it was raining that day. Assumed I did manual labor because of that. However the worst thing was she looked at a three year old X-ray and made a decision based on that. This doctor is not as great as everyone says just be cautious of her moods and abilities. Everyone has a bad day but a doctor who looks at a three year old X-ray is incompetent just my experience. Christopher

I saw Dr Del Savio for a thumb cyst. She took xrays of my entire hand and gave me a thorough analysis of all my fingers, what my options were and what the surgical complexities were. I appreciated her thoroughness and concern that I make the best informed decision on surgery.

She saved my leg when everyone wanted to amputate. She was just a 25 year old kid then. All these doctors trying to cut off my leg and she wouldn't let them touch me. I love this woman.

Dr. Del Savio has been wonderful. When it came to being approved for surgery however, the person in the office who takes care of getting it approved was not very helpful

I have De Quervain syndrome. Dr. Delsavio gave an immediate accurate diagnosis... she gave me cortisone injections and I was on m way within two days all pain was gone. I was very pleased.
