Love Dr. Lipper but office staff is rude and it's difficult to get an appointment.

Dr. Lipper is a goo doctor and a very friendly man unlike other physicians in this office. I can no longer wait 5 MONTHS for an appointment or 20 minutes to get through to a snarky receptionist. A shame. I was misdiagnosed once by him but he was great about other conditions. The office is just not worth the hassle because of how you are treated. I don't have 20 minutes to wiat for a call to be answered and three days for a call to be returned. They got too big and the focus is on lucrative "youth preserving" techniques. Those of us with real skin conditions and who need melanoma checks wait FIVE MONTHS for an appointment.

I have never written a review of a doctor, but I have an important need to write a wonderful review of Dr. Lipper. He is everything a patient should experience in a doctor. He is interested in the patient, he takes the time to review all possible approaches to a patient's problem, he's nice about it, he's pleasant to relate to which is vital to a patient's recovery, and I 'm happy to share the respect I have for him with everyone in this community. His staff is also terrific, and I thank them all for their kind and professional help. Betsy Jacobson
