Dr. Guy F. Webster, MD

Doctor was running 1/2 late for appointment, and when he entered the room did not introduce himself to myself or my child. The appointment lasted less than 5 minutes and he barely looked at my child's skin. He was inching towards the door the entire time and the only questions I got answered were the ones that I asked multiple times. My insurance company confirmed that he billed for a 30-44 min appointment and when I questioned the office they said it was billed correctly for the appointment and ongoing care. The appointment was less than 5 minutes and there was no ongoing care. The only guidance we received was that her skin was irritated and stop using what she has been using (we had done this prior to the appointment). If you want a thorough, knowledgeable doctor, don't see Dr. Webster. He is by far one of the worst doctors I have every seen and there also seems to be some unethical billing practices.

Dr. Webster is an excellent physician. I would not go to anyone else. His nursing staff is wonderful, compassionate, caring people. His front office staff leaves something to be desired. They always act like it is an imposition for you to be there especially LYNN- she's just awful. I have seen her laugh and make snide comments under her breath about patients. She has no place being the first face a patient encounters at any practice.
