I am very pleased with my experience(s)at Dr. Medleys office. I can be a fierce critic of doctors offices and the staff. We pay a lot to doctors and deserve the best possible visit. Dr. Medley and staff treats me with professionalism and compassion. Dr. Medley has her tablet (computer) in hand and refers back and documents as you go. I realize her time is valuable. I'm not there to just chat or ramble on. I am proactive and have my questions written down so I don't waste her time. I love the way I can go on Privia to make appointments and read the results of my tests at any time. She also have you go in ...not just for results but to give you strategies to better your health. Your test results are more than just reading numbers to her. I believe in treating others as I want to be treated. After all I am the patient in need of help. Therefore, I go in the office with a smile. In return, I always leave with a smile. Sandra

I couldn't believe the time she spent with me. I have a lot going on medically and she was so thorough and it just made me feel very heard and safe. I couldn't be more happy with my visit and I would highly recommend her!

Dr Medley is a very caring doctor. Takes her time and listens to her patients. She always makes it a point to follow up on any specialist visit she has recommended. She is kind and caring and her office staff is always friendly and efficient. I have been very pleased with her, her treatment and her staff. A friend referred me to her and I am so grateful she did.

Wait time was good, better than most others Ive experienced. She was very nice, answered all my questions and was very clear in her questions and suggestions. Follow up phone call was very professional and called me later that day to further details on a test which came back later. She talks a little fast, so I had to be very attentive to her explanations. My wife also now is seeing Dr. Medley.
