I attended an appt for my husband to see Dr. Grabow today regarding my husband's suspected glaucoma. He was dilated and initial screening was done by technician who was very competent. When we were sent to Dr. Grabow's office to further exam my husband's eyes it all went downhill. The Dr. was rude and turned his back physically on my husband when discussing his findings. He was abrasive and barked at my husband when he did not get his chin situated properly on the machine. Finally, he refused to test my husband for glaucoma stating "you came to the wrong doctor," this even after he saw an enlarged optical nerve. We could not agree with him more, he is the WRONG Dr! Run don't walk from this Dr. as he has an anger management issue and is unqualified to be treating anyone.

Dr. GRABOW performed cataract surgery twice - first on one eye and years later, the other. During the appointments and prior to to the surgeries, Dr. GRABOW very precisely told me about complications that could occur. My medical history was carefuly taken. The surgical nurse called the day before the surgery to discuss my medical history and go over preparation. I am extremely pleased with the results of both surgeries. I no longer wear glasses. I feel good.

This doctor has has a HORRIBLE bedside manner and should no longer be practicing medicine in this day and age , he was crass and rude beyond belief and made us feel awful as a result . Didnt answer questions nor did he show compassion or care . Would highly NOT reccommend

Caring staff and explanations of theexams good. Cataract surgery wentgreat and recovery was quick. Wouldrecommend this doctor and office.
