Dr. Harry C. Stafford

In all of my visits with him Dr. Stafford has been professional, honest, and always discussing what he is going to do and describing what he is doing and why he is doing it. I have bone spurs in my ankle and he has helped reduce my pain with shots in the joint. He didn't cure my problem and he said he couldn't. But he did work very carefully, checking and rechecking before taking action, to relieve my pain. It has been important to have a doctor who was so willing a capable of informing me of the options along with the limitations of my situation.

I saw this guy for a broken ankle. He said I had very high arches. I was confused. Every other doctor I've every had, including Navy physicians, have told me I'm flat-footed. He also recommended some lousy orthodic after telling me how high my arch was...Spenco...there are much better ones on the market than that (Superfeet, Sole), but I wasted my time a couple of years with Spenco. Don't recommend.

The reception staff was very nice and business like. The practice staff was the same. Dr. Stafford was one of the nicest, direct, and knowledgeable physicians I have ever been in contact with.
