Dr. James Gerard Reilly, DO

Been at this office for many years and alway see the NP, Josephine. She is wonderful, caring, and very professional. The staff, on the other hand is not. The office manager, Linda, is probably the worst I've seen in the business and sadly never gets anything correct. I feel she thinks she knows it all and that is not the case. She is rude, speaks over you and never lets you talk. This happens whether you are in the office or a phone call is made. How she still works there all these years is simply a miracle for her because she's not a kind person at all. In my opinion, she's on a power trip and this is evident because if you research the office online many people have spoken poorly about her and the office is suffering because of it.

Dr. Reilly has been my doctor for over 10 years and I am highly satisfied, Linda is very compassionate and friendly as well as the rest of the staff.

I have been a patient there for 10 years. I recently went into the office with my first pregnancy . Josephine the P.A told me I had a Blighted Ovum and wanted to do a DNC right away . I waited and got a second opinion. I am now 21 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. Josephine would have aborted my baby because it was just simply too early to hear a heart beat.

Dr. Reilly is fantastic but his office staff overbooks and forgets about you in the waiting room. I had the lights turned off on me once, because they forgot I was there, and this was after a 2+ hour wait. 2 hours is a standard wait Linda, the office manager has Facebook open in front of her without fail during every visit. They spend more attention to ordering food than they do to taking care of their patients. Dr. Reilly was amazing for my delivery but I've had enough and will not be returning to this office. Josephine is good as well, but not worth the wait, the office manager controls her instead of the office. It's a shame to have to leave just because it is poorly run. Also, it's time to replace the furniture in the waiting room. It's been 10 years and it smells.

My mom recommended that I switch to her gynecologist, Dr. Reilly since my previous doctor missed something that could have been potentially serious and I needed surgery under an oncologist's care. Linda, who works in the office, was very accommodating and even gave me her cel number because she knew I was anxious about what I was going through and switching doctors. Upon my first follow up with Dr. Reilly's office after surgery, the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. They also had great bedside manner. Josephine was very friendly and understanding and I could tell that she really cared. She took the time to explain things. Even though I just had surgery three months ago, since I was a new patient, she gave me another ultrasound. I thought that was very thorough. I am happy to be in the care of a team of doctors that seems to go to great lengths to ensure that their patients are well taken care of and at ease.

Dr. Reilly and his staff are excellent. The only down side is the extremely long wait in the office.

You will never see the dr, just a midwife and a nurse on staff. They are not honest about this upfront. The office is dirty, crowded, overbooked and run like an assembly line. Avoid this place!

This doctor is NEVER there, if you want to spend your entire pregnancy without being seen by a doctor and basiclly just follow up with a midwife then it's ok, this doctor doesn't see patients no matter what their condition are, the first time you will see him (if you are lucky) will be in the delivery room. oh did i mention the 2+ hours wait to see the midwife?? do yourself a favor and go to a doctor that actually cares.

Doctor 0eilly is a great doctor who listened anytime I had concerns. He listened to me when I told him I was feeling contractions at 24 weeks, he put me on a terbutaline pump thank god. It saved my pregnancy. Any other docyor would have shrugged it off as Braxton Hicks. BUT wait times in his office are completely rediculous. More than once, I would walk into his office on my appt time and EVERY seat in the room would be filled and I would have to wait well over 2 hours.

YOU NEVER SEE DR REILLY...HE PRETTY MUCH ONLY DOES DELIVERIES..WHAT GOOD IS THAT IF YOUR CHILD DOESN'T MAKE IT. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BE SEEING A DOCTOR WHEN YOU GO TO AN OBGYN FOR YOUR PREGNANCY. IF YOU DON'T THATS A MAJOR RD FLAG! STAY AWAY!!! ITS A FACTORY IN THERE!
