Indifferent staff, long wait and then the doctor is rushed. I will not be going back.

While the staff is wonderful, Dr. Tostanoski is impatient, non empathetic. My eye is healing from an injury, she sighs at me because it is hard for me to keep my eye open, talks down to you like a child. I will never go back or recommend anyone to her. She needs to retire.

She may be a good doctor, but her manner is curt, cold and impersonal. I won’t go back.

Charged me for releasing my eyeglasses prescription. At the time, I did not know that under NYS law it is ILLEGAL to charge a patient for their eyeglasses prescription! This doctor should be investigated! Staff was also rude. Never went back after my first visit!

Went in for a free annual eye exam and left with a 162 Bill for a specialized visit. Be careful they will charge you for things you do not ask for. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Tostanoski has been treating my glaucoma for many years. While more of the staff conduct many of the tests, they have always been polite and explained everything in detail. Dr. Tostanoski has always taken time to chat with me in addition to conducting the exam. Damage to the retina from glaucoma is not reversible, so I'd rather extra tests that catch any change ASAP.

Staff is rude and combative, doctor is cold and rushed. Called the office for info from my chart and they could not find the chart. Performs unecessary tests to increase her income.

Dr.Tostanowski was not only cold her behavior bordered on rudeness. I have never been treated by any doctor in such a manner. I could not recommend her.

I went to Dr. Tostanoski for an eye exam for my first pair of glasses, however ended up getting billed for about $400 of unnecessary testing. I had told her in the beginning of my appointment I only wanted a routine eye exam (which I had verified with my insurance company that I was entitled to). In spite of that, she went ahead and did extra stuff that she could bill for that was not needed in a 25 year old (I have verified this with another ophthalmologist). When I called the office to try to speak with someone about this, the staff was VERY rude to me. I will not be going back. Be careful!
