Disinterested, condescending and rude. Did not address patient be name. Got the impression that he had more important places to be or things to do during visit. Checked his phone during consultation...Complete disappointment of a visit.

Lack of understanding and office staff was very unprofessional. If you really have a problem do not seek help from this doctor or office.

I have known Dr. Eisenstock for years while doing his residency, working on the adult mental health inpatient floor at UMass. He was VERY patient oriented and always available to address concerns the team had about his patients. We nurses in the unit all loved him for his caring and concern he had about his patients. Now that I find myself in need of his services, I feel honored that he has accepted me as his patient. I don't just feel like number to him.
