I have been going to the Doctor for a while now he has a fantastic chair side manner yes the wait is unbearable at times I am with whom ever said they could do a lot better than Jessica she would be better being a manager at Burger King but the rest of the staff I see nothing wrong with keep up the good work

this is the only thing I would change I have waited up to 3.5 hours to see him hurting the whole time but once you see him I guess it is worth he is kind spot on with what is going onThanks Dr. Matus

Unfortunately for Dr. Matus, your office staff can make or break you! Dr. Matus is a fine doctor and would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for Jessica! She is a rude, condescending piece of work with no compassion whatsoever! Dr. Matus, I am certain you can do and deserve better than that!

I have been going to Dr. Matus for four years. He is an excellent Doctor that spends quality time with you! He is very thorough, consistent, and helpful.!! His bedside manner is the best ever. Nurses at McKinney Medical Center love him. He really cares about his patients. He actually called me at home one night to clarify something.

Dr.Matus is my 50 yr old handicapped adult sons Dr. He has seizures, stroke, right side 3/4 paralysis, verbally challenge, in wheelchair, wears diapers. The Dr. is wonderful with him and us. He is sometimes 50 & sometimes 4. He is the Joy of our life!

He is the best doctor I've ever seen in my life. I've seen him since I was 17 years old I'm now 29 years old. He listens to his patients and seems to care about them all. He's amazing. Any problems I've ever had he's got to the bottom of it all. And all my other doctors talk back and forth to him and his staff. They are all amazing. I do not like going to Sherman bc the wait is longer. Denison is better for me

The amount of time you spend waiting is incomprehensible. It took me two and a half hours one time just to get in to the examination room then another thirty minutes for him to see me. Also he gives out hydrocodone to anyone even if they do not need it.
