Dr. Schneider is tuned in to needs with experience and good care planning. She is highly recommended!

I have had few experiences over the years with running related injuries and Dr. S has been very thoughtful in coming up with the best treatment. She listens carefully and cares a lot.

My appointment with Dr. Schneider was on time, and she is pretty efficient (not a bad thing) and seemed to know her stuff. However my charge for a low complexity appt, where she checked my knee range of motion, took some info, and then gave me a scrip to get an MRI, was approx $500 not including the X-Ray price, for what was prob less than a 20 min eval. They use billing codes for appointments so non-negotiable after the fact. So if you have a High Deductible plan you may want to check what the going rates are if this important to you.

Dr Schneider is the most caring and knowledgeable surgeon anyone could ask for...Last year she performed "rotator cuff surgery" and it was extremely successful...and my range of motion came back quite fast... I was thrilled with the results... about 10 weeks ago she performed "TKR" Total knee replacement surgery and am very pleased with the results so far... She has wonderful bedside manner,spends time with you and always has suggestions to help you...She makes herself available and that is so important especially after surgery... Have recommended my family and friends to her and they are all so very pleased with the Dr... In this day and age, she certainly is a wonderful and caring Dr... I am so lucky to know her!..MMR f the right orthooedic dr...she is it!

I've been to see Dr. Schneider twice and was extremely impressed on both occasions. Unlike most doctors in NYC, Dr. Scheider takes her time with you and really listens to what you have to say. While that may mean a little bit of a wait in the office, I promise it is worth it. Dr. Schneider treats every injury (no matter how big or small) with patience and compassion. It is obvious that she actually cares about your recovery; she has followed up with me via phone on multiple occasions. This (at least in my experience) is simply unheard of in NYC. She also has a knack for really "dumbing it down" and explaining things in layman's terms. Best of all, she treats patients with long-term recovery in mind (including methods of avoiding future injuries), rather than simply offering a quick-fix. Dr. Schneider is honestly the kindest and most talented doctor I have encountered in NYC. I wish I could clone her!! I was devastated when I discovered my place of employment was changing… health plans to a plan she wasn't on . . . so much so, that I actually considered continuing to see her and paying out of pocket! If you are looking for a great Ortho/Sports-Med specialist, Dr. Schneider is it! I really just can't say enough good things about her!

Excellent doctor. Have seen her for both our teenage boys--sports issues, and even for myself. Highly recommend her, and I am a person who researches our doctors--and seeks out the best.
