Dr. Katherine Eng Ph.D. enriches my life, gives it texture, multi-layers, abstract harmonic earth colors, and calming rhythm. She opens my sky, uncover my blind spots, and polish my devalued traits to strengths. Delights my dim moments like a lemon zest, and lifts it with gentleness like a feather in the slightest breath. After 12 months of knowing Dr. Eng, I have come to see myself and elements in life transitionary, never boxed in a tendency, social expectation, limitation, nor any patterns. Dr. Eng welcomes and helps me to see myself ephemeral, quite beautifully blissful. My mind has shifted from capturing isolated events in a fixed evaluation, to a withdraw from rules and walls and to nurture a liberated mind that relates to an experience in a fluid abstraction.
I have been dissociated my entire life, never had any sort of reference point to safety, and healthy secure attachment. She has succeeded in grounding me to the present so that when a flower blooms, my entire body can… enjoy it fully present.
She nurtures confidence in my self-maneuvering through rough spots, does not take away the my privilege to make mistakes, and most of all, with mastery, grounds me who has lived through complete dissociation.
Dr. Katherine Eng Ph.D. has assigned me a Psych Medication NP, Liz Ren, a perfect match for me. I have been able to work with the two with my primary a perfect set of medicine that works and keeps me functional. Dr. Eng has also assigned me Kelly Burns J.D. PsyD to attend to my needs during her one month sabbatical. Again, a perfect match.
