Dr. Kathleen Kolt Fry, MD

I can't list all the issues here. Not sure why she's called homeopathic. She was to do a laparoscopic surgery on me and I woke up with major surgery done on me. When she came into my room, she said she would have done a hysterectomy but she knew I wanted more children. I was infertile with one adopted child! If she had done her homework ahead of time she would have known that and she would have known I had fibroids that needed removing and could have planned for it. . Was happy for awhile because I was out of pain, but eventually the endometriosis came roaring back and I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy done by a very qualified physician. Never did she mention anything homeopathic, nor did she ever discuss the possibility of her cutting in to me and removing organs. It looks like she has moved around a bit, probably a reason for that. . Beware!

I went to two OB's my first 48 years in the SF Bay Area. One succeeded the other when the first retired.I never realized how spoiled I was until I moved to AZ. It took me ten years to find Dr. Fry, but now I know I no longer have to search. And I went to some of the "so called best" OB's in Scottsdale. No more cattle calls for me. I am always immediately put into a room, and the most I have waited is 5-10 minutes. If I feel I need to have a bit more time to speak with her, I mention that to the appointment nurse who can PLAN it into her day. For the most part, I find my needs are well taken care of within the appointment time allocated. The most important thing is that I have never felt better or looked better since I've been going to her. And I very highly the fact that she is a Naturopath as well as an MD.

I have gone to Dr. Fry since I was a young mom. I am a post menopausal woman now. Dr. Fry has caringly provided me with excellent medical care and helped me through many stages of my life. She cares about the whole person and their family and life. The advice and guidance she has given me over the years have been life changing.

I had heard great things about Dr. Fry and was very excited to see her. She was about 45 minutes late coming to see me but that's because she was spending more time on another patient. So I thought "that's great, she really listens." Well, so she came in to see me. And for ONE hour she told me why she loves alternative medicine and how it's better. And then she charged me $360 and told me I could go see her teacher who chargers $1200 a visit. No answers or advice to any of my problems. Unless you count "eat healthy and exercise moderately". No wonder why she says she doesn't take insurance because she wants the freedom to spend adequate time with each patient. She does all the talking about herself and what she does. Unless you're looking to blow some cash, I do not recommend Dr. Fry.

i am a young woman and i have been having many 'WOMAN" PROBLEMS FOR YEARS. i FELT LIKE DR FRY ONLY SPENT 5 MIN EACH VISIT WITH ME AND ONLY TREATED MY PROBLEMS. SHE NEVER HELPED ME TRY AND FIGURE OUT THE CAUSE OF THEM. I FELT LIKE MY SYMPTOMS AND DIAGONOSIS BORED HER AND SHE WOULD HAVE RATHER BEEN HELPING WOMEN GOING THROUGH MENAPAUSE SINCE THIS IS WHAT SHE WROTE A BOOK ABOUT.

Dr Fry has saved my life a few times. She is the most caring, professional, perceptive doctor I can imagine.
