Dr. Patitucci is ONE of a kind. Not only is she incredibly empathetic and personable, but her knowledge is unmatched. She takes her time during appointments and makes you feel like you are the only patient she's seeing that day – it's a personalized touch that's hard to come by. Recommending Dr. Patitucci is a no- brainer because she's not just a doctor; she's an amazing human being. Thanks again for everything!

Dr. Patitucci is the BEST! The first time I met her I knew for sure that this was the dr for me. After 20 years of sinus issues, everyone saying the same thing, Dr. Patitucci explained it so well, she gained my trust, and I felt like she really cared. She stuck with me through COVID and finally, I had the surgery. She promised me it would be life changing and she was right! I can't say enough about the wonderful Dr. Lana Patitucci.

Dr. Patitucci is incredible! She did surgery on my nose and I’m able to breathe again! I healed up so quickly, came for follow ups, and had absolutely no problems at all. I would recommend her every time. She’s so kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

I suffer from Meniere's disease. During a recent flare up, I saw several doctors over several months and still had no plan to help me pull through and manage my symptoms. Then I saw Dr. Patitucci. Dr. Patitucci gave me every reason to be hopeful. Her wealth of knowledge, treatment, and positive outlook gave me my hope back again that together, with her guidance, I will come through this. Her dedication to help me in every way possible and confidence in how to treat me lifted my spirits and confidence. She is more than an excellent doctor. She is an angel!

Lana Patitucci is the best doctor I have ever had! She is AMAZING! Not only is she an amazing doctor, but a wonderful person. As soon as I met her I knew I trusted her! I had trouble with sinus infections like you could not imagine. I had chronic sinusitis for YEARS and no one could help me. Dr. Patitucci quickly diagnosed me with a deviated septum and gave me options. She went over a surgery the help fix it and I agreed! She explained what she needed to, explained the entire process and they even contacted the insurance company for me and everything! VERY easy process. I was pretty nervous about the surgery but I did not have anything to worry about! When I got to the surgery center the morning of the surgery the receptionist was even saying she loves Dr. Patitucci and she is great! Now let me talk about the recovery- EASY! I do not handle pain well at all and I am a big complainer. It was fast and simple. I was out of work for a few days and back to the gym in 5 days! I give Dr. P… ALL the credit for her amazing work! I took Tylenol in case I would have pain but never really needed it! I went back today for my 2 week checkup and she said everything looks perfect! And I can already breath so much better! I would also like to say the staff at the oaks and chestnut hill offices were extremely helpful and kind. I could go on and on about how perfect my experience was but you should find out for yourself! I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Patitucci. I could not be any happier.

Dr. Patitucci is extraordinarily kind and quite good at her job! I've been struggling with tinnitus, and she's been immensely helpful with it, taking me through the steps I need to take to prevent it from getting any worse and advising me on what types of drugs and activities to avoid. She is very patient and willing to answer all your questions, an important trait for any doctor to have. I'd recommend her to anyone who's in the market for an ENT specialist!

Words can’t describe what an amazing doctor Lana Patitucci is. After meeting her only once, I knew I was going to love her. She has a great bedside manner. Dr. Patitucci explains exactly what she is going to do during your surgery, gives you the best options, and eases any fears you may have going into the surgery. Prior to coming to Henry Berger ENT, I always had issues breathing and was unable to smell very well. After meeting with Lana, she told me that I had 2 deviated septums. She explained to me that the only option to fix this was to get surgery. At age 26, I was very hesitant and afraid to have surgery because I had never had it before (and I avoided it at all costs). I was extremely afraid so I told her I’d think about it. At my next appointment with Lana, I decided to schedule my surgery. She eased my mind by telling me that the recovery time was quite quick, the surgery took about 20 minutes, and that there would be no packing or black eyes after my surgery. After my… surgery, everything that Lana told me would happen…happened. She went so into depth as to how healing would go, I had minor pain, nose bleeds for about 3 weeks on and off and the best part was…no packing in my nose. The surgery was successful. It has been 4 months and I’m able to breathe so much better and smell things that I never smelled before. This surgery was life changing for me. I would highly recommend Lana to anyone who is hesitant like me to having their first surgery. She is absolutely wonderful!

Amazing physician. Diagnosed and solved multiple problems, went to bat with the insurance agency medical director for me, is incredibly compassionate, competent, and personable. The staff is awesome and the entire office experience is wonderful. Who knew medical help could be so warm and engaging?

This was my first time here. I was amazed with how warm and friendly Dr. Patitucci was. The reviews are true. She is very caring and explained step by step what she was doing (I was petrified of the scope process- it was a breeze as she assured me it would be quick and easy-it was). I was also impressed that she looked beyond my current symptoms to what might be causing the overall problem. Rarely do doctors look at, "the big picture" like she did. I highly recommend Dr. Patitucci. Also, fill out the paperwork through the portal ahead of time-it saves everyone loads of time!
