Dr. Michael Anthony Hoffmann, MD

Please read the reviews carefully somebody left reviews based on the staff not the doctor while I’d admit some of the office people are lacking in many ways. Dr Hoffman is the best dr there is. He removed a very dangerous tumor has helped my hearing and my voice. You will not find a better doctor or surgeon.

This facility in West Grove saw my dad and unfortunately they have a very unfriendly staff. They did not provide a visit summary at the end of the visit and demanded co-payment at the time of service though my dad asked us to bill it. On the top of it they never sent the visit summary to the PCP and they never even called us to inform us of the Lab Results though the Doctors office is supposed to called the patients and inform about the lab results. They need to help their patients and need to develop ways to be more friendly and help the elderly and differently abled.

I've had 4 sinus infections in 2 months and got a referral from my PCP. I waited 3 weeks For this appt, and what a waste of time! The doctor is Insensitive, shows a complete lack of empathy, and he is wrude. He took one look at my face and said, "Your nose is crooked." No explanation as to why that may be a problem, no insight into what it really even meant as my nose doesn't appear crooked to the untrained eye. I could go on, but in short I'll say go to someone else! I was wouldn't be surprised if this guy goes out of business.

Dont waste your time, find another ENT doctor. I do not recommend this doctor.

If you want someone to completely blow you off, go see this doctor. I had 5 sinus infections in a year and was referred to his office by my GP. I should have waited to see the other doctor in the practice. I was treated as if there was nothing wrong with me, my history was completely disregarded, and was told that I was fine except for a deviated septum. He diagnosed me with TMJ and said he would "fix my nose if I wanted him to." No thank you, Dr. Hoffman. I would not let you touch me with a 10 foot pole let alone fix my septum. I got a second opinion from a doctor that actually took time to talk to me and considered my history, and it turns out that I have quite a few allergies, a deviated septum, and hypertrophied turbinates in my nose, which have been known to cause headaches and chronic sinus infections. I also do NOT have TMJ. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He was not friendly and I felt like I was completely disregarded as a patient when I asked questions.
