Dr. Louis Carmine Galdieri, MD

This doctor has a jar on his desk with these words written on it: "Ashes of Difficult Patients". If you remove the cork top and look inside it is full of post-it notes with actual people's names and the date it was written. I was in his office to see another doctor in the group, but I did not find that kind of joke to be funny or ethical.

Rezum - Dr. said that Rezum was covered by my insurance, but it was not. Now he wants me to pay for the remaining charge of $135. In the end I had to find another doctor, because it was Rezum or nothing. I needed treatment, he didn't care, wouldn't return calls and refuses to write off the above charge.

Uninformed office staff and useless visit

The Doctor and his nurse are extremely gentle, caring, knowledgeable and accommodating. I also find them very trustworthy and honest!

Dr. Galdieri is gready,not honnest.I will not recommend anyone to his practice.

Staff is terrible , they just transfer you to voicemail without finding why you are calling. The girls who answer the phone sound miserable ! I had to call back 4 times to get a hold of the staff.

He is an excellent doctor.Extremely polite and excellent listner.He gives enough time - no rush at all.Excellent manners and high regard to the patient.Demonstrates that he cares his patients.
