Dr. Cluck was expeditious with my examination. No decisions on care were made during this initial visit, nor was there a treatment plan. He said that I would need an additional MRI to have the nerves looked at since I only had an x-ray done. This makes sense, but I have not received my call back yet to schedule my MRI. This may be due to my insurance and the pre-authorization process required, but because I've been overlooked a couple times with the neck issue and shoulder issue in other facilities, I am reluctant to rule out being forgotten about and my care not being important enough to follow up with.

I think Dr. Cluck is the best doctor I have ever had. He's very knowledgeable and professional. And I have referred a couple of people that have back problems to go see him.

I cannot state how follow up is post surgery because I have not had the surgery yet, but as far as every other aspect of care received from Dr. Cluck and his staff, it has been excellent.

Excellent Dr., his staff is great, he is personable, really cares about his patients, and a cure. If you are looking for a surgeon that walks through your surgery and follow up, this is the man for you. He takes the time to answer ALL you questions, and I have never felt rushed by him or his staff. He is honest about exactly what you are having done, and what to expect every step of the way. And he does not rush to surgery, he really thinks about your plan and what will work best for your situation. Great Dr. can't say enough good things about him, and his staff.
