I’ve been a patient with Dr. Gilmore since October, 2022. He’s been really great at assessing my needs. He makes sure I have all the necessary equipment and medications to help with the healing process. He’s also a concerned doctor and will listen to what you have to say about your own care as well.

As a military wife, moving states and finding new care teams can be a big challenge. I am very blessed to be a patient of Dr. Gilmore and staff. His office team made obtaining my records from 4 prior offices easy and communication was excellent. Dr. Gilmore took over my annual Platelet Rich Plasma injections into my SI joints and 2 bottom lumbar disc facet joints. I was fused from 69 degree and 58 degree severe scoliosis S curves from T1-L3 as a teen. I also have hyper mobility of joints from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. As an adult, pain of adjacent segment degenerative disc disease from the long fusion on my facet joints and SI joints is greatly helped by these PRP injections. This was my best recovery and experience out of five PRP annual treatments. The benefits of silencing the pressure on my low back and sitting tolerance is heavenly. Thank you Dr. G, his nurse practitioner and thanks to Nurse Steven at Cornerstone Surgery for being compassionate and amazing through the procedure. I have increases in anxiety due to a history of surgeries and treatments. I was met with kindness and support. My results of pain relief in this section of my spine are fantastic and I will be back next year!
