Dr. Michelle Caban, MD

I am writing this review because I feel obligated to warn others about this practitioner. Besides for being condescending and pedantic, Dr. Caban is negligent and even dangerous. I called the office to request an appointment because I was feeling symptoms that were unusual for being post partum at this stage. I had a strong feeling something was wrong - like an infection or retained placenta. She lectured me and patronized me telling me I was just spotting because of starting birth control and or having my period. This is my third baby and I knew something was wrong but she just wouldn’t listen. I decided to go to a different provider at a different practice and i have a large retained placenta which could have potentially caused me to hemorrhage or go into toxic shock from infection. Shame on her and shame on this whole practice. If I could review the whole practice at once I would but seems I have to go do each doctor individually. I have had gross negligence and malpractice from… several or the doctors at this practice but most notably dr Caban and Lundberg. Stay away.

Told me I should consider adoption even though I just started trying to conceive and all test came back normal. Horrible experience

Dr Caban is one of the most caring doctors I have ever experienced. She could tell just by looking at me that I wasn’t doing well after the birth of my son. She was caring, took extra time to talk to me, and made sure I got the right treatment plan. Because of her, I’m 4 months out, feeling great, and loving every moment with my son. I can’t thank her enough for everything that she’s done for me!

Called to make an appointment for exam they didn't accept my new insurance so I proceeded to ask a question her reply was "I just don't understand what you want us to do you haven't even been here since a year ago"..wow..rude much .won't be back again

WORST DR AND STAFF IVE EVER EXPERIENCED ! ENTIRE STAFF IS RUDE AND NEVER GET A CALL BACK FROM NURSES. WENT IN FOR ROUTINE EXAM AND THEY WANTED TO DO ALL TYPES OF DIFFERENT TESTS FOR NO REASON. FOUND OUT I WAS PREGNANT AND HAVING A MISCARRIAGE ASKED FOR A REFERRAL TO GET A ULTRASOUND SHE SAID SHE WOULDN'T TIL I CAME THERE FIRST AND TOOK A PREGNANCY TEST. YOUR WHOLE STAFF AND DRS NEED TRAINING ON HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE ESPECIALLY WOMEN WHO ARE PREGNANT AND NEED A RELIABLE DR. YOU ARE THE WORST.

Dr. Caban is one of the most caring doctors I've ever met. She saved my baby's life. I had a still birth a few years ago and a miscarriage before that. I was very nervous about my most recent pregnancy but Dr. Caban put me at ease the moment I met her. I wasn't feeling well and went to the hospital to see her, my baby's heart rate was very slow and didn't recover. She performed an emergency c-section and now I get to go home with my baby. She saved my baby's life and I am forever grateful
