I recently had a shoulder surgery with Dr. Parsons. From scheduling appointments with his staff, to preparing for the surgery with Dustin his assistant, to Dr. Parson's care and surgery, I have been more than pleased with the care I have received. I already have recommended the office to some friends and would not hesitate to see him again if needed. Thank you!

I can't say enough about Dr. Parsons and the entire staff at The Knee, Hip and Shoulder Center. Dr. Parsons goes through everything with you so you know exactly what's happening. The whole staff is caring and very thorough! If you have an orthopedic issue, this is the place you should go!!

Dr Ira Parsons has made a Full Shoulder Replacement on me, and Both 2 Knees, full Knee replacements. Very minimal scars. A Wonderful Excellent Surgeon, I Highly recommend him !!! 10

I have had Dr. Moby replace both of my shoulders and my right hip. I have a joint degeneration affliction and as I get older , even though I have been a health conscious person for most of my life, my joints are deteriorating. Dr. Parsons is a world class surgeon for shoulders, hips & knees. It is rare to find an ortho surgeon who has extraordinary abilities in all three areas, let alone in our backyard on the Seacoast. His passion for his patient health & their positive outcomes is clearly evident once you meet him. My MIL had her shoulder replaced by him and she was extremely high risk for complications. Dr. Parsons went above and beyond to ensure success & she did phenomenally well! Do your research on the physicians you might see, and you will find that Dr. Parsons is the best of the best!
