It's hard today with the stress professional care givers are put under by corporate demands for them to have time to properly attend to patients. Even though I was late(My fault) both the medical assistant and the doctor took time to address ALL my concerns.

Dr Conrad is always exceprionally friendly, and professional. He always takes the time to explain his findings very well, answers all questions and takes my thoughts/concerns into consideration when recommending a plan for treatment.
