Dr. Pedro Hernandez-Frau is always professional, informative and most importantly makes sure not only we are comfortable with treatment plan and agree with it, but also makes sure we understand everything before leaving. I didn't get a visit and if you read the google reviews many others haven't either. . He claims to be a brain center but several people including myself have sent records to be told he won't see us. No reason given. His staff on the phone are really rude It's pretty pathetic when you need help you can't get it.
