Dr. Oscar Willy Farronay, MD

We have been seeing Dr. Farronay for a few months for my husband who has Alzheimer's disease. He has been very helpful as we navigate this horrible disease. Appointments are easy to schedule. Once in the examination room he spends a great deal of time with us and always answers all of our questions/concerns. His office staff is efficient and most helpful.

He was the only doctor that did a series of tests on me. He was patient and told me of my diagnosis right away. At first, I was worried about all the reviews, but I think the office staff and Dr. Farronay are working to help their patients.

I waited an hour before they told me my referral was not there. I called my Dr. and had it faxed a/o. They waited another half an hour before the informed me the would not have time to help me fill out their questionnaire. I need help because I am blind which I informed them when I got there. They were rude and not only myself but other patients walked out without seeing the Dr. They were obviously overwhelmed but there is no need for the attitude they were giving everyone. Avoid them at all cost.

Scheduled an appointment TWO weeks ago, they asked for insurance information. Day before, they call to confirm and ask for same information. Day of the appointment, we get there, wait over a half an hour, then they decide to tell us they don't take our insurance?!?!?!?!? Very poor communication. The staff was NOT helpful at all. This was very poor professionalism and I would not recommend this office AT ALL. If they can't keep up with their appointments, how can the Dr. be trusted?

I have been seeing Dr Farronay for about 12 years. He is an extremely caring Doctor. I have many physical problems, and he really truly does care.

Made a phone call to set up a consultation and received probably the worst service even before I got to the actual consultation stage. I provided personal patient information and there was minimal to NO follow through from the girl at the front desk named Mariana. She is very rude, nasty and unprofessional. A complete waste of my time and effort. When choosing a doctor, and your experience is poor from the start, cut the ties, abandon the ship and immediately move onto to another doctor's office who are more organized and professional.
