Dr. Smith is a wonderful, caring, and kind, knowledgeable physician! We are so blessed to have her nearby.

Dr. Rachel Smith overheard a receptionist fighting with me as I was there on the wrong date. The receptionist could have had something terrible happen personally that day, I don't know and I have mercy for her. But she was actually being really mean to me. Dr. Smith came to the desk and ushered me into a separate room and apologized for the receptionist. She then said, "let's take care of you". She put me through a battery of hearing tests. I couldn't believe it, I had no idea that I suffered from Auditory Processing Disorder my whole life! It was a life changing moment. I recommend Dr. Smith without reservation!

I saw her today for nosebleeds due to blood vessels close to the surface. Her NP prepared me with the appropriate med on cotton in the nostril to numb and get the blood vessels up to see them better. Dr. Smith examined my nose and cauterized the blood vessels. I was very comfortable and felt no pain. Very happy with her help!

Dr. Smith gave me my life back! She performed sinus surgery on me and made the whole process as smooth as possible. She took my complaints seriously and helped devise an appropriate care plan for me! I can finally breathe and don’t have to carry a box of tissues with me everywhere I go! I cannot speak higher of this doctor!

She sold me an operation and then treated me like trash after. the worst experience I have ever had with the doctor in my life and I have had multiple surgeries with numerous amounts of Dr. experiences

Dr Smith exudes confidence and was 100% on my problem. She takes the time to explain things to you and puts your mind at ease. Her care is as good as it can get from a Physician in my opinion. If more Physicians modeled themselves after Dr Smith, then Healthcare would be so much less stressful.

When I called for an appointment I was put in with not problem or fuss. Once I was there my wait time was so sort I didn't even get a chance to open the book I brought thinking I was going to be there for awhile. Once in the exam room my wait for Dr. Rachael Smith was even shorter. She was kid, understanding and explained everything she was doing and going to do to me in terms I truly understood and when she was done she asked if I had any questions and was truly concerned of my feelings and wanted to make sure I knew exactly what she was going to do and why. She walked me to her secretary whom was very pleasant and always smiling. Made me feel calm and safe. My whole experience at Dr. Rachael Smith's office from beginning to end was perfect. It's nice to leave a doctor's office feeling secure and safe with the choice I made. Thank you Dr. Rachael Smith and staff. We need more people like them, specially in time of worry and concern.
