Dr. Rajani Kumari Mallick, MD

I am absolutely mortified that this individual provides care of any kind. I was seen for what I thought was a physical last week 7/22/2025. I later found out this would not be a physical. I began my appointment explaining why I needed a new PCP (I got a new job, moved, new insurance, pretty standard). I needed a referral from my PCP to have cavities filled, she refused to do this. I explained why I needed a new PCP again and showed her the form from the dentist because it kind of felt like she thought I was using her to get my cavities filled. I had already explained several times that I don't take medications nor drink alcohol due to an issue with my pancreas that was caused by a medication. She then asked me about my vaccine status and stated "you know that's bad for you, right?" with regards to not being vaccinated. I explained again that I developed an issue with my pancreas due to a medication. I asked her to test my pancreatic enzymes so I could bring results to a new GI doctor.… I could tell the appointment was not going well so I asked for a new PCP during the appointment. She told me I didn't like her the moment she walked in the door and then proceeded to boast her resume about being in practice since the 90's. I expressed confusion at this and again, at this point, essentially begged that we finalize/complete the full exam. She then stated the visit was over. I expressed concern with this MULTIPLE TIMES stating I want to make sure we get through the appointment and reiterated request to finish the appointment so I could at least have results transferred to a new PCP. She insisted she had finished the appointment, although it seemed like she still had questions to ask which I pointed out to her, and she denied. I later spoke with the practice manager, Carissa Ricciarelli on 7/23/2025, who overtly acknowledged the session had not been completed. I asked multiple times how I can be billed for an appointment where a provider essentially chose to stop providing care? She said I more than likely would not receive a bill for this, but ultimately requested to end the call, and ask that I speak with Kristen Waterman instead. I received a call back today from a nurse named Tina, with results of blood work I didn't ask for, who also informed me they did not test my pancreatic enzymes. I am so confused why I had any blood work done as my understanding was I was having blood work done exclusively to test my pancreatic enzymes. Rajani Mallick is an absolute crook. This woman essentially ran a series of tests I didn't ask for and didn't do any of the things I did ask for. During the appointment, I had also asked for help procurring mental health services. She expressed confusion at this stating that because of my professional background I shouldn't need her help with this. She also asked me what my highest level of education was and would circle back to this at different intervals of the conversation, and I actually think that's because she was trying to ascertain how concerned she should be about the validity of a complaint coming from me. If you read roughly all 15 reviews of this individual on Google, it feels very obvious she looks for reasons to get you back into her office to bill for god only knows what. I am so confused by what happened as well as why this woman is accepting new referrals. I would avoid this woman/office at all costs. I would also like to add that I do not need a passive aggressive response to this review from the doctor/owner of the practice, nor any other individual employed at the office. I feel uncomfortable with my own medical information being out there, however, I think it's worth it to avoid more individuals being hurt by this practice.

Really horrible experiences with this doctor -- I advise others to stay away from this office. Dr. Mallick was regularly rude, dismissive, and didn't listen to my concerns as a patient. I ended up switching to a new PCP who is wonderful, and at that point was diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses that Mallick had never bothered to address/investigate whenever I went to her with symptoms. Negligent doctor -- stay away.

So sad to read current reviews about this Doctor. I feel for those who receive the wrong medication And losing a loved one because of it. Have had very negative results of my experience with this physician. Perhaps more patients should come forward with information.Such treatment lacks proper medical procedure.

This doctor "adjusted" my mother's Coumadin and didn't monitor it. She died of a stroke due to this. Stay away - she is awful.

Doctor is extremely rude and will not discuss anything without an appointment so she can collect your money!!

This woman is rude and has virtually no interpersonal communication skills. I am usually very pleased to have a female physician but she tried to force me to take medication when I preferred to attempt to resolve my cholesterol issues with diet and exercise. Perhaps too cozy with pharmaceutical companies?

Dr Mallick is knowledgeable, and treat me with respect.

After hearing of the poor treatment that I had been receiving from Norton Medical and Doctor Matlock, another of my doctors advised me to get out and make a complaint. As a patient you should not feel uncomfortable with your primary. Found new family medicine and left Norton Medical and Doctor Matlock

Recently took my. Elderly. Mom for fear of virus and felt she had heart problems. Doctor m. Did brief exam and told. Mom that she could not be tested for virus and her heart seemed fine. Question what next for. Mom? Was to go home and rest. Call ambulance if She felt it was really necessary. Hope you make more sense of this then we did. Someone do something about this. Are we the only ones that feel such injustice?
