Dr Levy was very thorough. He listened carefully to my questions and gave me understandable answers. He explained my options very well. He was very helpful and encouraging. I felt he spent the right amount of time with me.

When visiting the office of Eye Associates, I was asked to complete a form of medical information which I did. The nurse, who I saw next, did not have the form and asked me many of the same questions. When I met Dr. Levy, he had not reviewed any of the previously requested information. He accurately prescribed a cream for my eyelids but completely disregarded the pain and itch associated with my eyes themselves, leaving me with many of the same symptoms that I had prompted my visit. His demeanor was slightly condescending. I left feeling that he hadn't listened or tried to help and that he really couldn't have cared less about me or my problem. His nurse made a few other suggestions to alleviate my symptoms after he left.
