Dr. Robert Scott Kaufmann, MD

Dr. Robert S. Kaufmann is efficient and was always accurate with any and all medical diagnosis. His bedside manner is impeccable!!! You will realize how good you really had it as a patient, when you no longer have medical insurance and have been diagnosed with some terrible medical condition. Dr. Kaufmann may not be perfect, but the cat is an excellent medical doctor. Make sure your complaints are authentic and not motivated by anti semitism.

Not really sure I understand all the negative reviews. Dr. Kaufmann is a class act and his clinic is an amazingly efficient operation. At least part of the time, this is a teaching facility as there are some students/interns who are working alongside the staff and doctors. It is very busy and Dr. Kaufmann himself does a great job of seeming genuinely interested and engaged. I am a practitioner, myself, and was recommended to him. I have recommended several colleagues who have great reviews of him as well.

I feel Dr Kaufmann should take down his shingle and do something else, his mind is definitely not into treating patients anymore! His bedside manner is non existent. He’s about hitting that little white ball and chasing the little yellow ??in the sky!! Can’t say much about his office staff either. They called an Rx in for my husband that he wasn’t even on, if taken he would have ended up in the hospital!! Steer clear of this office unless you want to feel like a head of cattle!!!

Information was omitted from my records. It would consistently take over a week to get refills called in to the Pharmacy. Staff would say they had done something when they had not. I went there for a year and was consistently disappointed.

Is a bad Dr and bad person

I love the Kaufmann clinic but i cant stand how Dr Kaufmann talks to his staff, we see them more than we actually see the Doctor and its like he tried to humilate them , he yells at them in front of us, I am there because i dont feel well , i have to listen to him acting liks a spoiled child not getting his way .. I felt so bad one time I actually apologized to the nurse.. No way to run a business, no wonder everytime i go i see new people, he spends about 5 minutes with me,and that time he is on his phone or yelling at a nurse because he actually had to do some of his own work ,, after 5 yrs i am finally tired, i hate leaving because he is a brillant doctor but i cant take the screaming and the plain nastiness that he has towards his staff

My husband and I left this practice. After many calls and leaving messages with his office an never getting a call back we felt as if our care was not important. We are not problem patients and very healthy. Every time we did go for appts. the Dr. seemed distracted and unconcerned. The staff was okay and seemed annoyed dealing with the Dr. Also it was concerning that blood pressure reading was taken with a sweater and shirt on. After learning more about this physician, his morals and values don't fit in with our family.

This clinic is overbooked and crazy. I was given the wrong information and advice about some thyroid meds by the male PA in this office and I haven't been right since. My husband was also a patient there and mentioned his questionable weight gain and he was told that he just needed to push away from the table. The doctor should have asked more questions or ordered some test. Months later my husband passed away from Lymphoma and the unexplained weight gain and stomach swelling was a symptom. If only we had known in time to get proper treatments. Visits are rushed and the doctor is sometimes short and arrogant. I will never return. Popular clinic in name only. Run for your life. Words can't express how I feel.

Was sent to from another Dr...Over heard Dr calling the Dr yelling as to why they sent me to him as I was a problem patient. Will not go back. Dr is rude. My new Dr was laughing about how he promotes good health but then thinks he opened a hang over clinic. Staff was ok seemed annoyed by Dr..Was distracted.

Did not have an appointment. Front desk told me no problem just sign in took about 20 minutes to get in and to see the doctor Dr Kaufmann was wonderful. Explained everything to me and his staff took great care of me after he left out of the room. The lab girl takings blood was very gentle and easy and every nurse actually said hope you feel better. Will be returning from now on and my husband will be changing his PCP to the Kaufmann clinic as well.
