Dr. Senait Woldegiorg Dyson, MD

We have been patients of Dr. Dyson for years. We have noticed in the past couple of years that the quality of care has decreased. We also are unable to see Dr. Dyson herself because she is too busy going back and forth from Green Valley which causes us to see the other Dr. on hand. Recently my husband was treated for a basil cell on top of head and immediately was referred to a plastic surgeon costing us more money out of pocket. The plastic surgeon saw no signs of cancer. This was an easy procedure that could've been taken care of at the dermatologist. Now to top things off we were sent to collections for missing 2 payments without any warning. The office had an old number on file and only called once. I know they have my email and husbands cell number. We've never missed a payment in the past and are very disappointed in how they handled this situation. We will not be returning or recommending Dr. Dyson Dermatology to anyone.

Dr Dyson is so gentle, caring and thorough. She does an examination of the entire body including my scalp, behind my ears, between my toes and complete breast and back area. After years of sunbathing at the Atlantic Ocean all summer long she is carefully watching my face. I always enjoy my consultation with her.

Dismal service.... Impossible to reach office by telephone. Important phone messages are not acknowledged or returned. Still await response on seven telephone messages seeking copy of critical biopsy report.

Excellent care and very friendly staff. Dr. Dyson was so caring and she took the time to explain everything to my son. When we left he said he wants to be a doctor! She is very knowledgeable and doesn't rush through the visit. I would definitely recommend her!

Unprofessional, misleading in determining charges for services. No sense of customer service at all, would not return my calls even though promised to do so. Good example of what is wrong with our health care system. Would not recommend

I went to Dr. Dyson as a referral from a friend who is a dermatologist in the area. I was impressed with her professionalism, her depth of knowledge and the medical treatment I received from her.

Charges way too much. Does not disclose obvious problem issues unless she is charging for each one of them
