I was informed 2 days before surgery that I would have to pay uncovered fees and patient portion before surgery. I tried to explain that I was recently laid off and all they could say was ‘it’s the dr.’s policy.’ So goes the hypocritical oath!!

Rude not respectful. His morals and attitudes are way from his title..Janitors has more class and morals than him

I had cataract surgery by another eye doctor but was having some persistent symptoms. I contacted Dr Kinnas who, after I described my symptoms, saw me at 8 PM (after his office was closed). As it turns out he found a retinal detachment. Dr Kinnas explained that he does not perform the type of eye surgery I need but called a retinal specialist that same evening. The retinal specialist saw me at 7 AM the next day, confirmed Dr Kinnas’ findings, and I had my repair at the surgery center right after that. I can see 20/20! I cannot thank Dr Kinnas enough for his kindness and attentiveness to help me with the eye problems I had after surgery by another eye doctor.

Great service, finally found a doctor that took his time to explain all my questions!! Staff was very nice and kind with me too.

The office staff helped me through the insurance approval and the registration. The doctor asked many details about the problems my previous eyedoctor could not help me with. He explained it with the animations on the exam room computer. (This office has lots of videos to explain eye conditions in the reception room and in the exam room). He was talking to me rather than looking at the computer. I understand my condition now.
