Susan Wong, MD

In the last 10months, I have been treated by Dr. Susan Wong twice for difficult eye problems. Dr. Wong has given me excellent care before, during, and after both surgical procedures. The results have been great improvements in both eyes. She deserves high praise for the steady, conscientious, skillful and understanding care she has given me while she dealt with this problem. She has been particularly accommodating when I have had last minute scheduling conflicts.

The Best

The wait time was horrible. Dr. Wong seemed ok, but I have a hard time with anyone touching my eyes so this made it a little difficult for her because I had trouble keeping my eye open during the testing. Now I have to go back for laser surgery which I'm dreading. Overall she was nice, but she told me to go to the front desk to schedule my surgery where I was told the person that sets up those appointments went home so she will have to call me tomorrow? REALLY so they told me I was all set then I said the Dr. told me to pick up a prescription she printed out for me they tell me no she would just sent it to the pharmacy I said no she said she printed it out and you would give it to me then I'm told we can't give you that, the person at the desk would have to walk it over to the pharmacy I couldn't have it filled until the day of the procedure and I should come about 1/2 hour before the procedure so I can take the pill? REALLY she's only giving me two pills because I have to have… both eyes done on different dates. So now I have to come earlier for my appointment because they wouldn't let me take the pill home, in my opinion this is CRAZY, I have to have a ride anyway.
