I scheduled a laser appointment for hair removal above my upper lip about 8 years ago. The treatment was done by an esthetician. I am now left with skin that has never healed and looks horrible. I guess I will need plastic surgery to correct it.

I have been seeing Dr. Obagi for about 18 years. She has always been very professional, kind and willing to answer any questions I have had. She has injected me with fillers, including Juvederm, for years and I am always pleased with the results. I am also receiving PRP injections, which have stopped the shedding of my hair and brought enough new growth that I feel comfortable going out socially again. I highly recommend this doctor.

Do not waste a second of your precious time or money on these people. They sold me on getting three rounds of a laser treatment for my rosacea that cost me a total of $1,000. My symptoms would improve for a few weeks, then go right back to normal after a few weeks before the next treatment. It's now been two months since my last treatment, and my rosacea is right back to business as usual. What they gave me was nothing more than a simple little trick to pacify me for a few weeks, and get me coming back for more. These people aren't doctors, they're running a hustle, and I'm feel stupid for ever being taken in by them. DON'T go to this office.

I have seen Dr. Obagi for years. I so appreciate her attention to detail and her focus on natural looking results. I also like that she will take my preferences into consideration and offer options for what I want to achieve. She is up-to-date of procedures and always realistic about what can and should be done. If you have questions about procedures, a consultation appointment will give you a plan that you can use for months or even years. I found it well worth the small fee to have plenty of time to discuss options with her. To me, it's a pleasure to work with someone who is passionate and caring about her work and the results she can achieve for her patients.

Dr. Obaji is one of the few doctors I have found who injects dermal fillers under eyes. She is up on the latest techniques.

Unsatisfactory work, rushed appointment, doesn't explain anything about procedures pros or cons, lies about the procedure when it unsatisfactory and says your too picky or that's the way it was, rude staff, etc...

I felt like the appointment was rushed. She did not explain pros & cons of procedure. I felt like it was like being in an assembly line. Get in, get out. Tuirn appts. over for upmc. The work that she performed was totally unsatisfactory and a big waste of money. I would not recommend her to anyone.

She's the best! I trust her completely.
