Dr. Tatjana K Pavlovic, MD

Walked into the office and from the start i felt welcomed the receptionist Kindly greeted me, she filled out my paper work because my near visiob was very fuzzy, and then took me in to the second room where the second nurse came in and gave me an exam, i had 10 minutes where i sat and waited, then Dr.Pavlovic came in with a bright smile on her face, she was kind and very detailed during the visit, she gave me the medicine i needed, and prescription. Overall very professional, and felt very comfortable!

I saw the doctor for exam. told me could get a new pair of lenses better than the ones I had. I left my glasses to have the new lenses inserted. I picked up the new lenses in my old frame. 5 days later , the frame cracked around the lense. I believe the opticians stressed or weakened my frame. I went back to the doctor. someone in the office said she would see if there was a frame in the office which will fit my lenses. She never called me. I checked if i could find a new frame like mine. The color was not available , only in black. After 3 weeks of searching I stopped. months later still no phone call from the office, so finally after waiting for months, I called and asked for my lenses, and she told me they do not keep them for long, and probable threw them away. my $ 140.00 pair of lenses. Any rational person would have mailed the lenses to me and a note ,"we don't want to keep them any longer." Bad experience.

Appoitment was easy to Make , Front receptionist was very friendly and helpful , fast check in , office space is clean and very pleasant with beautiful paintings and flowers , soft music playing . Nurse was pleasant and very helpful in patient education , she explained to me about my condition and made me feel comfortable . Long wait for the doctor , about 30 min , when she walked in she didn't wash her hands so that was a minus , but she was warm and knoledgeble . Total time spent in the office about 1.5 . At the end of exam front receptionist made my follow up Appoitment and made sure I had a safe ride home and sunglasses due to my eyes being dilated . Overall very good experience minus the long wait for the doctor after dilation . Will be coming back to follow up .

Scheduled appointment 2 weeks in advance for my mom, changed my work schedule to be able to go with her. Day before got phone call from the office "we rescheduled your appointment, Doctor gonna be half an hour late". When we came for new appointment time we had to wait another 35 minutes, Doctor didn't show up and didn't even call that she is running late! We had to leave because I had to go to work - can't afford to be late (must be nice to be Dr Pavlovic!) Office stuff is cold and ignoring, dressed like they are going to beach party. And doesn't look like they clean equipment between patients - based on the look of it. Worst experience ever.
