I’m thrilled with my new youthful appearance. Dr. Quatela did a fabulous job with my face and neck lift along with a temporal lift. I’m so happy that my family physician Dr. Roopa Korni highly recommended that I have Dr. Quatela do my surgery. She had seen the great results Dr. Quatela had done on one of her other patients. I highly recommend Dr. Quatela and all of his wonderful staff.

I have tried to post several reviews and they were all removed. I had a bad experience with Dr. Quatela 3 years ago - unable to get my complaint resolved with his office. I went in for a routine bletharoplasty - my surgery was postponed until the last of the day, at 5 pm. I hardly was able to speak with him and he had a resident training with him who told me he was assisting with the surgery. When I woke up, my right and left eyes looked drastically different. My left eye was almost swollen shut. I was under the impression the resident did the left eye, but was told he did not. I developed a bad scar on the left eye, Dr. Quatela kept telling me to give it more time and it would heal. I saw another plastic surgeon in Rochester who told me that this should have been revised within months of the surgery. I was treated poorly by Dr. Quatela's staff. Last year I had Dr. Vega revise the scar - it is still healing & looks better, but I will have a permanent scar and ridge near my… left eye. I am left with a bad result after a routine surgery, and this should not have happened. I regret having the surgery every time I look in the mirror. Dr. Quatela is highly rated in the Rochester area, and I unfortunately trusted him and his staff with my bletharoplasty. Please think twice before going here, do your homework and consider another surgeon. I should also mention that I paid for this surgery as well - no offer of a refund by Dr. Quatela's office, and I also paid co-pays for the scar revision with another surgeon.

Wonderful results. This physician cares about his patients and their satisfaction. My one eye needed a minor adjustment and he did it after a period of time of healing. He addressed my concerns and the end results is a happy patient. :) He and his staff reflect, courteousness, professionalism, kindness, and I highly recommend his services as he lives up to his reputation of Rochester's Best!

my upper lids surgery were very poor. There are permanent folds formed at the corner ( nasal sides) of my upper lids as a result of that surgery. He did a little fix up in office, but nothing much better. He told me that he will make things right if they weren't, but that just a vain promise. Never call to see how my lids turned out or if I was happy with the result. I will not recommend him. I feel very regret to have it done with Dr Quatela. Now I have to live with that and it is painful every time I see my lids in the mirror. It was a waste of time and money for me, unfortunately.

My daughter has never liked her ears and she is already so happy with them! We just barely had the surgery around 3 weeks ago by Dr. Quayle’s and she is wearing her hair up, and is already so so so happy. Dr. Q got her surgery done after just a few months of us going, and just 3 appointments!

Dr. Quatela and all of his staff at the Lindsay House are exceptional professionals! They are detail oriented in presenting procedures, outcomes and options. You know exactly what to expect during and after surgery. Dr Quatela has a wonderful bed side manner. He is very thorough and caring while simultaneously being quite the perfectionist and artist. I had extensive facial plastic surgery and felt very safe and confident in his care. Dr. Quatela's staff is just as attentive and my post op care was wonderful. Everything was explained to me in specific detail each time I went for a check up. It was a huge decision for me to elect to have the surgery and I am so happy I did. I look 15 years younger and feel great! Thank you to everyone at the Lindsay House!! Now, I am enjoying the med spa!

Dr. Q has the best bed-side manner of any physician I have ever met. He listens extremely carefully and is very clear that he is working for you and your concerns- never pushing his personal preferences. He offers all available options and shares his amazing experience and makes sure you understand everything. He chooses only the best professionals to work with him, and Rochester is lucky to have him.

I cant say enough about the Quatela center for PS everything about my experience was the best. For starters when you walk into the Lindsy House you will be amazed its one of the most beautiful buildings I have ever been in. The staff was so helpful and kind as well every time I called with a question I got a call back right away, you can tell they really love what they do. My surgeon Emese Kalnoki was the best she listened to all of my concerns and made me feel so comfortable. I couldnt be happier with my results. Thank you all so much

All staff at Dr. Q's office are fabulous! Extremely kind and patient. Each procedure was well explained and afterwards, the follow-up was great. The Medical Spa personnel are very informative and kind. Dr. Q did an excellent job on my neck and face! I'm very happy!
