This "doctor" is very clearly a sociopath..if you have any experience with them you know that it is a very scary thing that any one of them have a medical license. The people who left positive reviews do not know how to spot a wolf in sheep's clothing...she does put a very sparkly front out there to lure you in. Textbook superficial charm of a sociopath. She is not mentally fit, do not trust her.

My insurance covers her. I made an appointment and I asked if she does nose surgery the answer was yes let's set up an appointment. I get there her arm is in a sling and tells me i cant help you..... So then refers me to somebody else who does nose surgery. I waited weeks, did they set up this appointment just to mooch some money off the insurance company knowing that they can't help me? I had a feeling when the clipboard was 10 pages long totally not up-to-date with new technology. Awful major thumbs down. Now I have to set up another appointment with an actual ENT. I wish I read these reviews before I made the appointment

First time to see Dr. Cohen, Excellent appointment. Dr. Cohen is very knowledgeable in her field and professional and I do recommend her highly.

I visited her once. She did a 12 -15 min exam. I had hearing problems and she was recommended by an audiologist. She told me to get an MRI. I got the MRI but nothing was found to explain my Hearing loss. She had an employee call me and explain everything was normal on the MRI. I asked to have Dr. Cohen call me. The employee wanted to know what my questions were. Dr. Cohen will not call unless the questions are given to her. This woman is strange to say the least. I would never see her again. There are too many negative reviews on Dr. Cohen. No diagnosis was made. The doctor needed to explain why. I have my MRI evaluation from the radiologist. Dr.Cohen was too lazy to discuss the findings.

She was passive aggressive, condescending, and could not admit she was wrong in her diagnosis even after two specialists in their field proved her wrong.

After reading some of the negative reviews shown here it makes me wonder if they are really describing the same Dr Cohen I know! I have been seeing Dr Cohen for several years and never experienced the rudeness described. I have had two surgical procedures performed by Dr Cohen and excellent followup care. Dr Cohen is one of the finest surgeons available and given a choice between a good bedside manner or one of the best surgical reputations...there is only one realistic choice for me. I would never hesitate recommending Dr Cohen if excellent care is your concern.

Very rude and condescending. Insulted me several times. Was so unpleasant. Run for your life.

When someone tells you to go see this doctor run the other way. The staff was so nice but when you see the doctor she is pushy and rude she seems to not care about what you have to say and she does not listen to you at all. Will never go back their.

Don't go here. I was very sick and was diagnosed with pneumonia and when I called to cancel my appt they still charged me $50 cancellation fee. Staff was rude about it

I have a complex disease and don't waste time with bad doctors-I love her!
