Dr Gross barely looked at my ears or nose. He threw his hands up in the air as to not knowing what was wrong with me. Two days later, at another doctor, i find out that i have a severe sinus infection that is causing all of my other symptoms.

I had transoral robotic surgery for sleep apnea with Dr. Gross approximately a year ago. Since I am a normal weight healthy male with a slightly above average REM waking, due to tongue/airway restriction the doctor at Penn. state didn't want to do the surgery. I was desperate and was about to fly to Italy to have the surgery done when I learned of Dr. Gross while surfing the internet. At first Dr. Gross was skeptical but after reviewing a laryngoscopy he could see how the TORS surgery would help. Dr. Gross told me the surgery would be somewhat painful and involve a nasogastric tube for a little over a week, so I was prepared for surgery. The surgery went great and Dr. Gross recorded the whole thing just like Dr. Vincini did on youtube. When I needed more pain meds after surgery Dr. Gross wrote me an Rx immediately and just called me at home a few days ago to see how I was doing after calling me initially about two weeks post-op. I highly recomend this Dr. as he did an excellent… job, he truly cares about his patients, and now my sleep is finally normal.

first visit was spent gathering info from PCP and Sleep clinic....PE consisted of looking in nose, throat, NOT Ears..no questions taken regarding current problems, date of CT Scan (eight months prior to this visit)...quick diagnosis for surgery...gave prescription for allergic rhinitis...out of office in less than four minutes.....

The best - if you want great care, not a lot of time chatting and sympathy. Very skilled surgeon and diagnostician. Would (have) taken family members to see him.
