Summary
My interest in becoming a doctor started when I was a freshman in high school. A fellow classmate of mine passed away from viral encephalitis; the unfortunate event and part of the suddenness of the event sparked my interest with disease states. My approach to patient focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, grandchildren and friends. I also enjoy hiking and biking.
